Growing up as a kid, I've always been told and often thought that the nail on my right middle finger is alien like and 'ugly'. In this project I wanted to take this and actually make it happen, I have created a nasty radioactive alien like extension of my finger which is connected through the jelly like cartilage prongs and spine like bone plates at the back. The rest of the model is an amalgamation of rotten tissue, muscle, bone and veins that have vigorously sprouted from my deformed finger.
